If someone had told me when I started blogging professionally that I would need to learn SEO in order to be competent, I would have been too intimidated to even try, but once I entered the world of content marketing, I couldn’t get out, and SEO is an integral part of that world. The more I learned, the more fascinated I became by all the data we have at our fingertips and all the things we can do with that data.
I decided to host this webinar because I want to show other people who might be intimidated by SEO that it’s not as scary as they might think.
Whether you’re completely new to the idea of SEO or you have some idea that Google has an algorithm that determines what content ranks where for which searches, but you want to know more about the details, this webinar is for you.
Google takes into account a variety of factors when determining where to rank your website for searches, and while one hour is nowhere near long enough to go over everything you need to know about SEO, I am going to cover the basics in this webinar, including:
- Google’s EEAT standards;
- The 2 things your website needs;
- The 2 things your content needs to rank for relevant searches (aside from keywords); and
- Backlinks
This webinar has already taken place, but you can watch the recording any time.
